HIGH PERFORMANCE

"Complete tactical, mental, and physical training" 

 Competitive levels ages 11 to 17 

Players must be competent in grips, swings and  technical component of tennis to enter into HP.

Our HP instructors utilize our IIIP philosophy to challenge players to achieve their full potential. We evaluate players games with innovative technology using high speed photo and video analysis. We focus on situation-specific drills and sports psychology. Our holistic method embraces every part of the game. All sessions include a half hour core, speed, agility, and injury prevention workout.

  • Single Day Fee:           $65

Payment is required along with the registration form


Programs and Policies
  1. HP program is based on player ability and tennis experience.  HC program is reserved for players that have been selected by our coaching staff.
  2. Players must complete the 7 HP classes on the day that was selected. One may not switch days of the week without permission from our director in writing. 
  3. One make-up for missed day is permitted, on the last Saturday of each session.  Please email Mark@PlayUDSC.com  to notify before attending.
