Private Lessons
The swim program is led by an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (W.S.I.). All of our instructors are an integral part of the UDSC team. They use a fun and innovative approach to help students quickly develop a love for swimming.
Our private swim lessons are available for students of all ages and abilities and accelerate the learning progress through personalized attention.
Depending on the student’s skill level, they will progress from learning the basics of putting their face in the water all the way to refining their stroke technique.
Private swim instruction helps minimize distractions for younger children and creates a focused learning environment for older children who require one-on-one attention.
Adult Lessons
It is never too late to learn to swim! From beginners to tri-athletes, our swimming lessons for adults are ideal for anyone who desires to improve their technique or conquer their fear of water. Our trained instructors will guide you through basic skills and our lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs. Adult swimming lessons are private and can be scheduled according to instructor availability.
